Hoogenboom Logies

Hoogenboom Logies is a luxurious, welcoming, small-scale and rurally situated holiday cottage facility, with a pleasant ambiance. You will be welcomed by Dik and Marga Hoogenboom and their three children. Dik belongs to the fourth generation of his family who are actively involved in farming. Our farm - a so-called longhouse farm - dates back to 1874. We milk round 100 cows and we supply our milk to Friesland Campina.

Holiday Cottage, appartments, group accomodations

Our newly built holiday cottage (August 2012) nestles in beautiful countryside behind our farm. This is the perfect place to spend the night in maximum comfort. Here, you will find peace and quiet, space and nature. From the veranda you enjoy a splendid view of the Willeskop polder. Enjoy each season of the year, and grazing cows, migrating birds or frolicking hares.

Our location is right in the centre of the so-called Green Heart, between the fortified cities of Montfoort and Oudewater, in the former hamlet of Willeskop. There is a wide spectrum of possibilities for cycling, walking, visits to nearby cities and museums, shopping, boating and dining out. The new nature reserve at Willeskop can be reached from our holiday cottage (a 1.2 km walk). This nature reserve comprises reed moors, fallow land and grasslands, as well as a duck coop. A large part of the surroundings can be viewed from the new watch tower.
