Christina Hoeve
In the Middelburgse polder, on the edge of the village of Boskoop, famous for its tree nurseries, you will find the farm longhouse known as the Christina Hoeve. The house was built in 1857 and the front section was rebuilt in 1933.
Six apartments were realised here in 2000, with a canteen/meeting room and hotel rooms added in 2015.
The Vermeulen family took over the farm in 2012, and continue to welcome visitors. As well as Mona and Jos and their daughters Kim, Floor and Steffi, you may meet the dogs Fox and Balou, the horses Steffie and JJ, and five goats walking around the farm. The playground was renewed in 2016, and now features slides, swings, a see-saw and a large trampoline. There are also toys in the yard, including a go-kart, bicycles and scooters, so that children can be sure of having a good time.
